$500 deposit due within 7 days of booking to reserve the unit. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. Arrival dates less than two months, full payment is required.

Reservations are confirmed via email once the deposit is received.

Rates quoted are based on weekly stay, 6 nights. Once you check-in, the Maui Eldorado Resort will collect a $75.00 resort fee and $7/day parking fee (optional). These fees are non-refundable and payable directly to the resort. Resort fee is for use of the pool, cabana, keying, towel service at the cabana etc. A credit card imprint for any incidental charges ie. telephone calls will also be taken at the time of check-in.

Rates are also subject to local Hawaiian tax. Currently, 12.416%



During your stay we do ask that you remove your shoes and leave outside, as it's Hawaiian hospitality here. Red dirt from outside will stain the carpets and bring unnecessary dirt inside the condo. Any problems with appliance such as, plumbing, appliance, air conditiong etc please call the hotel and be transferred to Doreen or her direct number 808-667-4216. She works 8:30 - 4:30 Mon to Fri. Any other times you can direct your concerns to the front desk.

Upon check out, we ask if you can start washing towels or linens, this would greatly help our cleaners out. Mahalo nui!

We advise all travellers to purchase travel insurance in the case of an emergency cancellation.

Check–in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please check your airline schedule – you may need to book an additional night. No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. House keeping services are available at additional cost. Starter supplies provided are not replenished. Supplies include dish washing liquid, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, trash liners, bar soap and toilet paper.

These privately owned condo units have always enforced non-smoking units. This is further reinforced by the Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, prohibiting smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas including lanais open to the public. Violations will result in fines. All condo units are subject to this law

All owners would appreciate the removal of your shoes upon entering their condos.

Sometimes problems may arise. Problems rarely occur but should such a situation arise whereby the condominium becomes unavailable; we reserve the right to substitute an alternative condo up to and including day of arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation or change for reasons including but not limited to, labor strikes, acts of God, failure of guests to vacate as scheduled, or sale of unit.

Any damages caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owners have to sue the guest for damages, the guest will be responsible for damages, all court costs and attorney fees.

The Maui Eldorado Resort provides wireless interent from the main lobby or the main pool. All of the privately owned condos have been upgraded with free cable modem high speed internet access at no extra charge. To initiate internet access, please open an internet browser window, it will show Oceanic Time Warner screen and will ask for your email address and to accept the terms and conditions.
